How to position "Inventory-First" AI agents as a premium automation service for modern auto dealerships.

The Dealership Pain Point


Most auto dealership websites are essentially digital parking lots. Visitors browse inventory, get overwhelmed, and leave. If a customer does submit a form at 10:00 PM, the BDC (Business Development Center) doesn't respond until 9:00 AM the next day—by which time the buyer has already moved on to a competitor. Speed to lead is the number one metric in auto sales.

The Pricing Model (AIaaS)


Auto dealerships are accustomed to paying high monthly software fees. Do not underprice this.


  • Setup & Integration Fee: $1,500 - $3,000 (Covers customizing the Botpress template, setting up the CRM webhooks, and prompt engineering).
  • Monthly Retainer: $500 - $1,000/month (Covers server hosting, Botpress message usage, monthly prompt optimization, and lead reporting).


Fulfillment Strategy

  2. Knowledge Base Injection: Upload the dealership’s specific PDF brochures, financing terms, and "About Us" information into the Botpress Knowledge Base.
  3. Integration: Set up the Zapier/Make connection to route leads to their specific CRM drop-email.
  4. Launch: Embed the Botpress code snippet into the header of their website provider (Dealer.com, DealerInspire, etc.).
